Under the EU ePrivacy Directive (and the UK’s PECR), strictly necessary cookies and storage are exempt from consent — you can’t meaningfully switch off the things that make a site work. Because that is all we use, there is no Accept / Reject banner. We still tell you exactly what we do, as the GDPR’s transparency principle requires.
