The brief

The brand's PDP video, produced from signed-off stills on licensed digital talent. No studio, no crew.

It began as a test: video for one market. As the cost came down and turnaround sped up, requests from other markets grew four to six times, and video production has quadrupled since the start.

One challenge stayed honest throughout: some models are less comfortable on video than in stills. So a formula was defined with the brand's creative team, built around what each model does well, and now produces up to 400 videos to date at up to 70% lower cost.

How we built it

Every clip ran through the brand's own guardrails: motion, framing, and QA before anything shipped.

The output is indistinguishable from studio-produced PDP video, at a fraction of the cost and time.
